E2E Platform for moving all Military Service Members

UniGroup was part of a team that was going to service all moves for Military Service Members as part of a new contract with TRANSCOM.  We were tasked with building an End to End solution to support the upcoming work.

Reimagined Order to Cash Lifecycle

We needed to provide a comprehensive platform for agents to manage the Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle for Office and Industrial moves.

Mobile Inventory Management - Flex

Flex is an Electronic Inventory Native app that allows Van Operators to inventory customers items while packing during a move.  I was brought onto the project shortly after launch due to some very poor usage and adoption rate.  This was replacing a 3rd party app that the Van Operators liked very much so we had a lot of work cut out for us.

Enterprise Design System - Momentum

Momentum is the in-house Design System for QDivision that is now leveraged by all internal applications at UniGroup. It was built from the ground up to support UniGroups new platform of applications designed at disrupting the moving industry.
